I work as your independent owner’s advocate, strategist, and guide, bringing decades of design-build experience to help you define what is possible, what matters, what things should realistically cost, and how to align design, land, budget, contractors, and long-term goals into one coherent plan. The result is clarity, leverage, and control from the very beginning instead of uncertainty and risk.

This service is designed to protect your investment and improve your outcome. Clients engage me to avoid costly redesigns, prevent contractor misalignment, eliminate scope confusion, and ensure their vision is correctly translated before commitments are made. Many clients use me only for early-stage planning, feasibility review, design direction, contractor selection support, budget validation, site strategy, or periodic consulting throughout the build. My role is flexible by design: I strengthen your decisions without taking over your project.
